Cegledi claim Green Group title; Budapest Honved victorious in Red in Division B - May 24, 2022

Cegledi earned Division B Green Group title. They overcame Ujpest-MT in the Finals. Cegledi earned a narrow 84-82 win in the second game of the title series to lift the trophy. Dominik Herendic (194-PG-1994) scored 25 points and grabbed 9 rebounds to lead the charge. Csaba and Norbert Toth (205-F/C-1986) posted 15 points each for the winners. Zoran Talley (201-F-1994, college: Iowa St.) answered with 27 points for Ujpest.
Budapest Honved clinched Red Group title. They prevailed against Jaszberenyi KSE 78-72 in the decisive game of the Finals. Stefan Mijovic (193-G-1995) stepped up with 23 points to lead the champions.
