Tartu University Maks & Moorits (KML) confirmed in their roster 22-year-old power forward Erki Urvik (205cm-96kg-2002) for the new 2024-25 season. He played there last season. He managed to play in three leagues last year. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he was exposed to basketball on different levels. In 9 KML games, he had just 2.6ppg and 1.4rpg. Urvik helped them to make it to both league and Cup finals. He also played 16 games in Lat-Est BL where he recorded only 2.1ppg and 1.3rpg. And finally, he contributed to 6 games in the European North Basketball League, but he averaged only 0.7ppg and 1.8rpg.
Urvik was a member of the Estonian U18 National Team in 2020.
He has played previously for four other teams: Kuremaa SK, Torma Sport, Tartu Ulikooli, and Ulikool/Estiko.
Among many awards, his team won the Estonian 1.Liiga Regular Season in 2023.
