Experienced American-Georgian Marcquise Reed (190-SG-1995, agency: Octagon Europe) put on an amazing game in the last round for Trabzonspor Medical Park Basketbol and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 27.
The 30-year old shooting guard had the game-high 31 points adding eight rebounds and four assists for Trabzonspor as his team was edged out by Fenerbahce (#1, 23-4) 93-90. Trabzonspor moved-up to the 6th position in Turkish BSL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Trabzonspor will need to avoid more loses keep or improve their 17-10 record. In the team's last game Reed had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. He turned to be Trabzonspor's top player in his first season with the team. Clemson University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Reed is league's best scorer averaging so far 23.6ppg. Reed is in league's top in and averages solid 61.0% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American power forward Christian Bishop (201-F/C-1999) of Pinar Karsiyaka SK Izmir. Bishop impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 22 points and 13 rebounds. Of course he led Pinar Karsiyaka to another comfortable win 88-74 over the higher-ranked Bahcesehir (#3, 19-8) being unquestionably team leader. Karsiyaka's 15th position in the standings has not changed. 20 lost games are too many comparing to just seven victories Pinar Karsiyaka managed to get this year. Bishop is a newcomer at Karsiyaka and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was Brazilian Joao Cardoso (203-F/C-2000) of Glint Manisa Basket (#13). Cardoso showcased his all-around game by recording 14 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists in the last round. Despite Cardoso's great performance the Manisa lost 87-100 to Petkim (9-18). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Manisa not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 18 games, recording just nine victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Cardoso could try to bring Manisa's a little bit higher in the standings. Cardoso has a very solid season. In 23 games in Turkey he scored 12.1ppg. He also has 5.7rpg, 1.6bpg and a FGP of 68.0%.
