ECOMMBX BL round 8 most important game was a victory of Digenis over 6th ranked Etha 92-86 on Thursday night. American guard Keith Williams (196-1998, college: WKU) orchestrated the victory by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 4 steals. Nigerian-Greek power forward Nikolaos Okekuoyen (213-1997) contributed with 18 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. replied with 33 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 5 assists and American guard Isaiah Gray (190, college: Akron) added 24 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Etha. Digenis (4-4) moved-up to fourth place, which they share with APOEL and Paralimni. Etha at the other side dropped to the eighth position with five games lost. Digenis is looking forward to face league's second-placed Keravnos in Nicosia in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Etha will play on the road against Paralimni (#4) and is hoping to win this game.
