Rather expected game when 6th rankedParalimni (8-13) lost to third ranked AEL (15-6) in Limassol 82-99 on Tuesday. AEL looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. American players dominated also this game. The winners were led by forward Tyrn Flowers (206-1998, college: LIU Brooklyn, agency: GSE Worldwide) who scored that evening 20 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists and point guard Myles Tate (183, college: App State) supported him with 15 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Even 26 points and 4 assists by guard Caleb Asberry (191-2000, college: OK State) did not help to save the game for Paralimni . Forward Vatangoe Donzo (202-2000, college: BMCU) added 14 points and 13 rebounds for the guests. Four AEL and five Paralimni players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. AEL have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 15-6 record having five points less than leader AEK Larnaca. Paralimni lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fifth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with Apollon.
