A very close game took place in Szeged between Szedeak and Kaposvari. Szedeak got a very close home victory over Kaposvari. Szedeak managed to escape with a 3-point win 68-65 on Thursday evening. Host team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 17 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and chipped in 25 points and 4 assists during the contest. American guard Mylik Wilson (190-2000, college: Houston) responded with 18 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and forward Peter Filipovity (201-2001, college: NM State) scored 23 points. Kaposvari's coach Branislav Dzunic tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Szedeak will meet Szolnok on the road in the next round. Kaposvari will play against Honved and hope to win that game.
