Very predictable result in Szeged where seventh rankedHonved (9-8) beat 12th ranked Szedeak (4-12) 77-70 . American guard Brandon Rush (193, college: YSU, agency: Olsta) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points. His fellow American import forward Zachary Simmons (205-1999, college: N.Texas) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Serbian swingman Djordje Drenovac (200-1992) answered with 18 points and 5 rebounds and Serbian guard Vuk Vulikic (196-1999, college: UCSD) added 8 points and 9 assists in the effort for Szedeak. Four Szedeak players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Honved moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Sopron KC and Atomeromu. Szedeak at the other side dropped to the thirteenth position with 12 games lost.
