Rather predictable result when sixth rankedSzazhalombattai (9-5) won against at home 9th ranked UNI Gyor (4-11) 73-64 on Sunday. Szazhalombattai forced 19 UNI Gyor turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for the former international center Mate Fazekas (210-2000) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Richard Csik (185-2000) accounted for 13 points and 4 assists for the winning side. point guard Csanad Bakon (186-2000) came up with 21 points and forward Balint Kocse (193-2003, agency: 6th Man Basketball Agency) added 12 points and 11 rebounds respectively for UNI Gyor in the defeat. Four UNI Gyor players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Szazhalombattai moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Nagykorosi. Loser UNI Gyor keeps the ninth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Vasarhelyi.
