LeaderChelbasket delivered the thirteenth victory. This time they beat 11th ranked Kupol-Rodniki (7-11) 76-71 in Izhevsk. Chelbasket made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Four Chelbasket players scored in double figures. Guard Grigoriy Tuchkov (183-2003) answered with 13 points and 8 rebounds and center Dmitrii Kadoshnikov (203-2001, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) added 8 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Kupol-Rodniki. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Chelbasket maintains first place with 13-5 record. Kupol-Rodniki lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Metallurg MGN.
