An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Moscow. First rankedMBA-2 faced 4th ranked Lokomotiv-2 . Host MBA-2 (29-2) smashed guests from Krasnodar (21-10) 96-66 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Lokomotiv-2. MBA-2 made 30-of-34 charity shots (88.2 percent) during the game, while Lokomotiv-2 only scored thirteen points from the stripe. MBA-2 forced 22 Lokomotiv-2 turnovers. Strangely Lokomotiv-2 outrebounded MBA-2 39-27 including a 21-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. MBA-2 brought some defensive toughness making 13 blocks. Lokomotiv-2 was plagued by 30 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Matvey Padius (194-2006) who helped to win the game recording 24 points and 6 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws). Forward Maxim Ogarkov (201-2006) contributed with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 5 blocks for the winners. Center Pavel Ryabkov (202-2006) replied with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds and Roman Vorsulev (193-2009) added 17 points and 4 assists in the effort for Lokomotiv-2. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. MBA-2 maintains first position with 29-2 record. Lokomotiv-2 at the other side keeps the fourth place with ten games lost.
