Regular Season Round 24: MBA-2 - Dynamo-Farm 55-56

The most exciting game of round 24 in the Superleague took place in Moscow. This derby game ended with only one-point home defeat of one of their biggest challengers MBA-2 (12-11) to sixth ranked Dynamo-Farm (12-10) 56-55 in the game for the fifth place. Dynamo-Farm forced 22 MBA-2 turnovers. The best player for the winners was swingman Maria Sedykina (176-2004, agency: LBM Management) who scored 12 points and 4 assists. Center Sofya Kokoulina (195-2004) chipped in 8 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Elizaveta Reshetnikova (184-2007, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) who recorded 11 points and Vladislava Zhirnova (175-2008) added 10 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Dynamo-Farm moved-up to fifth place. MBA-2 lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth position with 11 games lost. Dynamo-Farm are looking forward to face Stavropol (#9) on the road in the next round. MBA-2 will play against Sparta&K-2 V and is hoping to win this game.
