LeaderMBA-2 delivered the 37th victory. This time they crushed 6th ranked Khimki-2 (23-17) 85-58 . MBA-2 held Khimki-2 to an opponent 25.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 44.1 percent accuracy of the winners and made 25-of-29 charity shots (86.2 percent) during the game. MBA-2 had a 31-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. Khimki-2 was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Matvey Padius (194-2006) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 6 rebounds. point guard Ivan Karpenko (188-2007) contributed with 13 points and 7 rebounds (made all of his nine free throws !!!) for the winners. Four MBA-2 players scored in double figures. Fyodor Lavrekhin (196-2006) answered with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds and guard Daniil Bogdanovich (183-2006) added 16 points in the effort for Khimki-2. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. MBA-2 (37-3) have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. They maintain first place. Khimki-2 at the other side dropped to the fifth position with 17 games lost. They share it with N.Novgorod-2.
