Very expected game when 14th rankedEnisey-2 (3-49) was smashed by second ranked MBA-2 (46-6) in Krasnoyarsk 100-50 on Wednesday. MBA-2 dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Enisey-2 's 34 and made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. MBA-2 forced 20 Enisey-2 turnovers and outrebounded them 40-25 including a 32-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. MBA-2 looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Enisey-2 's players. Guard Ivan Kalugin (183-2007) notched 9 points and 9 assists to lead the effort and forward Maxim Ogarkov (201-2006) supported him with 12 points and 8 rebounds. Four MBA-2 players scored in double figures. MBA-2's coach Alexander Afanasyev felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Even 17 points and 4 assists by point guard Artur Anicshenko (183-2006) did not help to save the game for Enisey-2 . Alexey Vorobev (190-2007) added 8 points and 5 assists for the hosts.
