Easy victory for Szeviep-Szeged, who ended Preliminary Round on top of Group D unbeaten. This game didn't mean anything for the hosts, but they played it in style. On the other side, Solna Vikings faced with fourth defeat in six appearances finishing as a third team in the same group. At the end it was enough for the 1/16 finals. Another team from Group D who reached the next stage is Neuchatel. Szeviep-Szeged got the most from Olena Zherzherunova. She played 22 minutes draining 24 points. Interesting is that Olena Zherzherunova didn't miss any single shot in this game, 12/12 FG2. At the same time she grabbed 5 more rebounds. Bernadett Nemeth and Petra Russai helped the winners with 18 points apiece. Erica Blomgren led the scorers in defeat also with 18. Christy Bacon scored 14 missing only one board for double-double, while Elisabeth Egnell posted 14.
