Darussafaka celebrate the title - Apr 13, 2018

    Darussafaka - Lokomotiv 67-59

Darussafaka claimed the EuroCup title. They outgunned Lokomotiv Kuban at home court tonight to complete the sweep of the championship series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Lokomotiv won fourth quarter 14-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was American guard Scottie Wilbekin (188-93, college: Florida) who scored 28 points. The other American import power forward JaJuan Johnson (208-89, college: Purdue) chipped in 8 points and 11 rebounds. American-Liberian point guard Joe Ragland (181-89, college: Wichita St.) produced 18 points and swingman Dmitrii Kulagin (197-92, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) added 8 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
