They outlasted Strasbourg in the return leg of the Finals to capture the trophy. Stephane Lasme (203-C-82, college: Massachusetts) and Errick McCollum (185-PG-88, college: Goshen) scored 16 points each to pace Galatasaray as the Turkish team overcame a 4-point deficit from the opening leg. Galatasaray jumped to a furious start. They rallied to a 9:2 lead early in the game. Galatasaray stayed red hot offensively in the first period. They recorded a 27:16 lead ten minutes into the game. Strasbourg narrowed the gap in the second frame. The French team tuned in defensively slowing their opponents down. Strasbourg pulled within 8 points at the interval 35:43.
