Italian Benetton Basket started the Eurocup Last 16 with a real drama in Treviso. Wallace made a layup for 68:66 with 1:15 to play and had two points lead. Unics had the game's final possession, but Popovic missed a step-back three-pointer at the buzzer. Gary Neal led the winners with 13 points, while Wallace Judson added 12 and Sandro Nicevic had 10. Kresimir Loncar led Unics with 18 points.
