Gran Canaria 2014 earned the third win in EuroCup season. They stunned Siauliai in Lithuania to improve at 3-1 record in Group C. Siauliai losing skid continued as they suffered the fourth straight defeat. The hosts got to a dreamy start. They outscored the visitors 23:9 in the opening frame. But Gran Canaria 2014 quickly stopped the rot. They adjusted their defense and limited Siauliai to only 8 points in the second frame. Gran Canaria trailed by only 3 points at halftime. The Spaniards unloaded 29 points in the third frame to surge ahead. The visitors entered the final period ahead by 5 points. Siauliai could not return to the first frame tempo again. They lacked defensive aggressiveness allowing Gran Canaria 2014 score 32 points and celebrated a well-deserved win. Jaycee Carroll came up with 17 points to lead the effort. Taurean Green and Spencer Nelson added 13 points each for the winners. Mindaugas Zukauskas responded with 20 points, 6 boards and 5 assists for Siauliai. Zygimantas Janavicius had 19 points in the loss.
