Le Mans finished their EuroCup campaign with a bang. They upset Aris in Thesalloniki tonight to end the Greek team hopes of reaching the next round. Le Mans had no chances to reach the Final Eight stage before the clash but went from behind in the fourth quarter to silence Aris. Benjamin Dewar fired 25 points to lead the visitors. Le Mans showed their ambitions in the starting period. They did not allow Aris to pull away. Moreover Le Mans led by one after ten minutes 18:17. Aris managed to level things up in the second term. The teams were tied at 34 heading into the locker rooms. Aris finally pulled in charge in the third quarter. Bobby Brown helped Aris pile up a 52:48 lead at the final intermission. But Le Mans were ready for the challenge. Unstoppable Benjamin Dewar allowed Le Mans to erase the deficit. The French team put their noses in front and eventually stunned the hosts. Brandon Bowman provided 14 points for Le Mans. Antione Diot added 11 points in the win. Bobby Brown accounted for 22 points for Aris. Christos Tapoutos finished with 17 points, 5 boards and 4 assists in the loss.
