Regular Season Round 4: PGE Turow - ALBA 91-87 OT

PGE Turow ensured the second EuroCup victory in the season. They survived double-overtime drama to overcome ALBA at home court. David Jackson scored 23 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and issued 4 assists to lead the winners. PGE Turow therefore improved at 2-2 record, while ALBA suffered their first defeat and slipped at 3-1 in Group H. ALBA led by six points after ten minutes of action 18:12. The visitors stretched the gap in the second term. The Berlin outfit enjoyed a 41:26 halftime advantage. But PGE Turow turned things around after the big break. The Polish team cut the deficit to 9 points entering the fourth term. David Jackson went on a scoring spree in the quarter to help PGE Turow deny the deficit and force overtime. The hosts pulled their noses in front in the first extra period but Derrick Allen tied things up at 80 to send the game into the second overtime. ALBA gained an 85:81 lead early in the second overtime but David Jackson converted a layup and added a free throw, while Daniel Kickert went deadly from the line as PGE Turow snatched an important win at the end. Konrad Wysocki nailed 19 points, while Daniel Kickert had 16 points in the victory. Derrick Allen answered with 21 points and 9 rebounds for ALBA. Heiko Schaffartzik had 17 points in the loss.
