Qualifying Round Day 9: MONTENEGRO - ESTONIA 81-61

Expected win for Montenegro, who finished 2013 EuroBasket Qualifications with 6-2 record. That will be enough for the first place in Group B and of course for the EuroBasket ticket. Montenegro entered to qualifications with big ambitions and they managed to meet all expectations. At the other side, Estonia faced with seventh loss in this pool. Iva Perovanovic top-scored in Montenegro with 23 points and she also pulled down 6 rebounds. Jelena Skerovic almost registered triple-double in this game with 19 pts, 11 as and 8 rebs, while Snezana Aleksic netted 14 pts (5 rebs). In Estonia, Merike Anderson delivered 22 points. Valeria Kast scored 12 pts and grabbed 7 rebs. Montenegro exploded in the first half making 25-point lead. Quarters: 23-14, 29-13, 16-17, 13-17. Estonia will host Serbia on Saturday to close the qualifications.
