Qualifying Round Day 7: POLAND - SWITZERLAND 111-67

Poland smash Switzerland for 4-2 record in Group E of the EuroBasket Qualification Round. The Polish side had an easy 111:67 victory at home to climb to the second place. Switzerland meanwhile dropped at 2-4 record. Poland did not have any difficulties reaching the 4th win. They started with 32-16 in the first period and never looked behind after. The hosts added 24-16 in the second period and led 24 points at the halftime. Moreover Poland produced a 28-26 in the third period and finished the game with 27-9. Gortat gave Poland three-digit at 100:64. Skibniewski nailed three for the last points and Petkovic closed the game from the free throw line. Gortat erupted with 31 points and 13 rebounds, while Ignerski followed him with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Berisha delivered 14, while Skibniewski and Zamojski notched 12 each. Mladjan replied with 20 points in the losing effort. Vogt scored 17, whilst Dubas added 11.
