Cholet coasted past Cibona for the second EuroCup win this season. Derrick Obasohan nailed 19 points and collected 7 rebounds as the French team improved at 2-2 record in Group G. Cibona fell at 0-4 record after the loss. Cholet started strong as they built a 26:15 lead after the opening quarter. Cibona slowed the home team in the second term. The Croatian side held their opponents to 12 points and narrowed the gap at 10-point mark 28:38. But Cholet killed the intrigue in the third term. The home team went on a massive 29:10 surge to secure an insurmountable 29-point lead at the final break. Cibona could not recover and had to yield at the end. Rudy Gobert provided 11 points, while Rudy Jomby and Travon Bryant added 10 points each for Cholet. Justin Hamilton knocked down 12 points for Cibona. Hrvoje Kovacevic netted 11 points in the losing effort.
