MBK Ruzomberok clinched EuroCup quarterfinal appearance. The Slovakian team overcame Dynamo-GUVD on the road to claim a 126:120 victory on aggregate. Janka Mincikova and Sequoia Holmes accounted for 14 points each to pace the winners. MBK Ruzomberok entered the game having to overcome a 3-point deficit after the home game. But the Slovakian team made a strong bid in the first quarter taking a 20:15 lead. MBK Ruzomberok kept Dynamo-GUVD behind in the second frame. The visitors piled up a 34:28 halftime advantage. The hosts still trailed by six points heading into the fourth frame 47:53. Brezaniova gave MBK Ruzomberok a 65:55 lead midway through the fourth term. Anastasiya Shilova sparked hope for the host nailing five straight points. But Janka Mincikova sank four free throws in a row as the visitors ran away with the victory. Nadia Parker accounted for 9 points for MBK Ruzomberok. Natalia Myasoedova answered with 19 points for Dynamo-GUVD. Anastasiya Shilova netted 11 points in defeat.
