Semi-Finals Game 2: Lokomotiv - Valencia 63-68

Lokomotiv will play in the EuroCup Final. They lost to Valencia in Krasnodar but advanced to the title game on aggregate. Lokomotiv entered the game with a 10-point lead after the Valencia game. The Russian team held on to the advantage throughout the opening quarter. Lokomotiv earned a 16:15 lead at the first intermission. But Valencia used a stifling defence to pull ahead in the second stanza. The Spaniards spurred ahead for a 28:26 halftime lead. The visitors stretched the lead in the third quarter. Valencia arrived at the final intermission up by 6 points 43:37. Stefan Markovic and Bojan Dubljevic made it 53:43 for Valencia with just over five minutes remaining in regulation. Nick Calathes and Maric pulled Lokomotiv within four points 55:59 with just over a minute remaining. Pau Ribas would give the visitors a 7-point lead on several occasions but Jimmy Baron sank four free throws in the dying seconds to help Loko reach Final. Stefan Markovic and Bojan Dubljevic produced 14 points each for Valencia. Pau Ribas had 12 points in the win. Nick Calathes answered with 19 points for Lokomotiv. Derrick Brown chipped in 11 points in the loss.
