VEF Riga recorded the second consecutive victory in the EuroCup regular season. The Latvian champions upset Kalev/Cramo in Tallinn for 2-0 record in Group G. Kristaps Janicenoks netted 14 points to pace the Latvian side. VEF Riga limited the hosts to just 12 points in the opening quarter and opened a 5-point lead. Kalev/Cramo slowed the visitors down in the second frame. The Estonian team got within four points at the interval 26:30. Kalev/Cramo stayed aggressive throughout the third term. The hosts got within a single point at the final break 47:48. But VEF Riga allowed the home team to score just 15 points in the final term and sealed the winning outcome at the end. Tomas Delininkaitis and Kenan Bajramovic had 11 points each for the winners. Bamba Fall responded with 16 points and 8 rebounds for Kalev/Cramo. Devin Gibson banked 12 points in the loss.
