Castorns Braine claimed a necessary 6-point victory over Mersin at home court. The Belgian team faced a 5-point deficit after the opening leg byut some late heroics helped them clinched the victory on aggregate in the quarterfinal series. Mersin trailed by 20 points after 3 quarters before a 20-6 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 76-82 at the end of the game.
