The guests trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 44-33 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Unics Kazan outrebounded Maccabi T-A 43-24 including a 27-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for American-Turkish Keith Langford (193-83, college: Kansas) who led his team to a victory scoring 30 points and 5 rebounds. American forward Latavius Williams (202-91, agency: Beo Basket) helped adding 12 points and 13 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). The best for the losing side was American swingman Devin Smith (196-83, college: Virginia) with 20 points and Guy Pnini (200-83) scored 15 points. Five Unics Kazan and four Maccabi T-A players scored in double figures. Maccabi T-A's coach gave the chance to play for ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
