The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Galatasaray won third quarter 18-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Karsiyaka looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American-Guinea-Bissau center Colton Iverson (212-89, college: Colorado St., agency: Pensack Sports) fired a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. American Kenny Gabriel (209-89, college: Auburn) chipped in 13 points and 5 rebounds. American point guard Errick McCollum (185-88, college: Goshen) produced a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds and Gabonese center Stephane Lasme (203-82, college: Massachusetts) added 11 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
