Strasbourg survived a double-overtime drama versus Nizhny Novgorod to clinch their semifinal ticket. The hosts entered the game with a 9-point cushion from the opening leg. But Strasbourg had to play catch-up throughout the whole clash. Nizhny Novgorod registered a 45:32 halftime lead. The margin grew at 14-point mark at the third break.
