Yakin Dogu dominated in the opener and cruised past Istanbul Universitesi. The game was mostly controlled by Yakin Dogu BGD. Istanbul Uni was better in fourth quarter 20-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Istanbul Uni to just 5 points in second quarter and to 13 points in first half.
