The game between third ranked Spanish Baskonia (11-5) and 12th ranked Russian Unics Kazan (6-10) in Vitoria ended with biggest points difference. Baskonia outscored guests from Kazan 102-70. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Unics Kazan. The game without a history. Baskonia led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Unics Kazan's 28. Baskonia moved-up to second place, which they share with Real Madrid and Olympiacos. Unics Kazan at the other side keeps the twelfth position with ten games lost. Baskonia's next round opponent will be Darussafaka (#8) in Istanbul where they are favorite. Unics Kazan will play at home against Brose Baskets (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
