Important game to mention about took place in Villeneuve. Seventh ranked Turkish Hatay (4-7) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging 4th placed French Villeneuve D'Ascq (5-6) 72-71 on Wednesday evening. Villeneuve D'Ascq was ahead by 3 points after three quarters before a 19-15 charge of Hatay, which allowed them to win the game.
