Unicaja drew things level in the championship series. They dominated throughout the bigger part of the game and beat Valencia to force the decider. Valencia Basket trailed by 13 points after 3 quarters before a 20-15 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 71-79 at the end of the game. They outrebounded Valencia Basket 36-21 including 24 on the defensive glass. American guard Jamar Smith (191-87, college: S.Indiana, agency: Inception Sports) scored 20 points and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Slovenian center Alen Omic (216-92) chipped in 12 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Belgian point guard Sam Van-Rossom (188-86) responded with 11 points and 5 assists and point guard Guillem Vives (192-93, agency: Interperformances) scored 14 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
