Play-Offs Round 2: Atomeromu - UNI Gyor 80-67

Atomeromu beat UNI Gyor to sweep the first round playoff series. It looked good early as UNI Gyor took a 10-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Atomeromu took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 13 points. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Serbian-Hungarian center Sara Krnjic (191-91) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds. Slovenian point guard Teja Oblak (172-90) contributed with 27 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four Atomeromu players scored in double figures. Canadian guard Nirra Fields (175-93, college: UCLA) replied with 33 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds and American-Hungarian forward Cyesha Goree (190-93, college: Michigan, agency: Interperformances) added 16 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for UNI Gyor. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
