Lyon eased past Spartak Moscow Region to sweep the series. The game was mostly controlled by Lyon. Spartak Vidnoye was better in third quarter 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Lyon dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Spartak Vidnoye's 34. Lyon forced 23 Spartak Vidnoye turnovers and outrebounded them 40-23 including a 16-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Spartak Vidnoye's players. Brazilian center Clarissa Dos-Santos (185-88, agency: ProDep Management) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds. Belgian point guard Julie Allemand (173-96, agency: LBM Management) contributed with 10 points and 8 assists for the winners. Four Lyon players scored in double figures. Lyon's coach felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Denesha Stallworth (191-92, college: Kentucky, agency: LBM Management) replied with 13 points and point guard Sevara Nuritdinova (163-98) added 6 points and 6 assists in the effort for Spartak Vidnoye.
