The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 21-12. But Unics Kazan won second period 24-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was an exceptional evening for American swingman James White (201-82, college: Cincinnati, agency: 3Eye) who led the winners and scored 16 points and 9 rebounds. His fellow American import power forward Julian Wright (203-87, college: Kansas, agency: Alti Sport) accounted for 13 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side. Four Grissin Bon RE players scored in double figures. Spanish guard Joaquin Colom (188-88, college: Forca Lleida) came up with 13 points and 5 assists and Gabonese forward Stephane Lasme (203-82, college: Massachusetts) added 13 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Unics Kazan in the defeat.
