1/8 Finals Round 2: Venezia - Good Angels 63-73

Good Angels upset Venezia on the road but could not recover from a 21-point home defeat as the Italian team entered the next round. The game was mostly controlled by Good Angels. Venezia managed to win fourth quarter 18-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Strangely Venezia outrebounded Good Angels 37-24 including a 29-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American guard Darxia Morris (172-89, college: UCLA) who scored 27 points and 6 assists. Center Anna Jurcenkova (195-85) chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds. American-Romanian power forward Ashley Walker (187-87, college: California) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 14 rebounds and Slovakian center Marie Ruzickova (190-86, agency: LBM Management) added 13 points respectively for the hosts.
