Mersin upset Flammes on the road to complete the sweep of the series. Flammes trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 24-15 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 84-86 at the end of the game. Mersin BSB shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 53.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Bosnian-Slovenian power forward Marica Gajic (187-95) scored 19 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Bria Hartley (173-92, college: Connecticut) chipped in 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Guard Amel Bouderra (160-89) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 assists and Ukrainian center Valeriya Berezhynska (193-86, college: Rice, agency: ProDep Management) scored 8 points and 11 rebounds. Five Mersin BSB and four Flammes players scored in double figures.
