Another interesting game for Russian UMMC Ekaterinburg (1-0) which played on the court of French Villeneuve D'Ascq (0-1). UMMC Ekaterinburg crushed hosts 99-51. The game without a history. UMMC Ekaterinburg led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. At the losing side guard Magali Mendy (178-90, agency: Octagon Europe) responded with 10 points and 5 rebounds and American swingman Angie Bjorklund (183-89, college: Tennessee, agency: ProDep Management) scored 10 points. UMMC Ekaterinburg will play against CCC Polkowice (#5) at home in the next round. Villeneuve D'Ascq will play against Castors Braine to get more than just one victory in their record.
