Regular Season Round 4: Real Madrid - Buducnost 89-55

Euroleague top team - Spanish Real Madrid (4-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifteenth ranked Montenegrin Buducnost (0-4) 89-55. The game without a history. Real Madrid led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 20-of-26 charity shots (76.9 percent) during the game. Real Madrid had a 31-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Buducnost's players. Worth to mention a quality performance of Cape Verdean-Spanish center Edy Tavares (220-92) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 10 points and 14 rebounds and point guard Sergio Llull (190-87) who added 9 points and 7 assists during the contest. At the losing side Slovenian center Alen Omic (216-92) responded with 10 points and 8 rebounds and American forward Coty Clarke (201-92, college: Arkansas, agency: BeoBasket) scored 9 points and 7 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Real Madrid have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending Spanish champion maintains first position with 4-0 record, which they share with CSKA. Buducnost at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Khimki. Real Madrid will play against Zalgiris (#8) in Kaunas in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Buducnost will play at home against Panathinaikos (#9) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
