Turkish leader Fenerbahce delivered the eleventh victory. This time they beat 7th ranked Italian Armani Milano (6-6) 92-85 in Istanbul. Armani Milano was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Fenerbahce made 17-of-20 charity shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Strangely Armani Milano outrebounded Fenerbahce 35-22 including a 17-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. American point guard Mike James (185-90, college: Lamar) replied with 31 points and 6 assists and his fellow American import center Kaleb Tarczewski (213-93, college: Arizona) added 9 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Armani Milano. Fenerbahce (11-1) have an impressive six-game winning streak. Defending Turkish champion maintains first position. Armani Milano lost third consecutive game. Defending Italian champion dropped to the sixth place with six games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams. Fenerbahce will play against league's second-placed CSKA in Moscow in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
