Regular Season Round 20: Maccabi T-A - Panathinaikos 84-75

Everything could happen in Tel-Aviv at the game between two tied teams. Both eleventh ranked Israeli Maccabi T-A and 12th ranked Greek Panathinaikos had identical 8-11 record. This time Maccabi T-A used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Athens 84-75. It looked good early as Panathinaikos took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. Defending Israeli champion (9-11) moved-up to eighth place, which they share with AX Armani and Baskonia. Panathinaikos lost third consecutive game. Defending Greek champion dropped to the eleventh position with 12 games lost. Maccabi T-A's next round opponent will be Baskonia (#8) in Vitoria. Panathinaikos will play at home against Anadolu Efes and hope to win that game.
