The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Unicaja Malaga won fourth quarter 19-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tofas made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. American center Devin Williams (206-94, college: WVU) stepped up and scored 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and Belgian-American Matt Lojeski (198-85, college: Hawaii, agency: Pensack Sports) chipped in 13 points and 5 rebounds. Four Tofas players scored in double figures. At the losing side American-Ivorian forward Deon Thompson (204-88, college: UNC, agency: BeoBasket) responded with 20 points and 7 rebounds and Canadian-Nigerian forward Melvin Ejim (201-91, college: Iowa St.) scored 16 points. Unicaja Malaga's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
