The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 26-14. But Brescia won third quarter 29-24. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. EWE Baskets looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Austrian-Slovenian center Rasid Mahalbasic (211-90, agency: BeoBasket) who helped to win the game recording 16 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists and American guard Braydon Hobbs (196-89, college: Bellarmine) who added 15 points and 4 assists during the contest. Four EWE Baskets players scored in double figures. At the losing side Awudu Abass (198-93, agency: Players Group) responded with 21 points and 5 rebounds and American forward Kenneth Horton (201-89, college: CCSU) scored 13 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
