Very predictable result when twelfth ranked Israeli Maccabi Tel-Aviv (10-11) won against bottom-ranked Lithuanian Zalgiris (3-17) in Kaunas 94-78 on Tuesday. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Maccabi Tel-Aviv shot 63.3 percent from the field and made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 70.0 percentage. The winners were led by American forward James Nunnally (201-90, college: UCSB) who scored that evening 32 points (on 12-of-14 shooting from the field) and American-Turkish guard Scottie Wilbekin (188-93, college: Florida, agency: BeoBasket) supported him with 20 points and 6 assists.
