The game in Beograd was also worth to mention about. Third ranked Spanish Barca (21-10) played at the court of 7th ranked Serbian Partizan (17-14). Barca managed to secure a 9-point victory 89-80. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Partizan. Barca made 20-of-23 charity shots (87.0 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Barca especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 61.1 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 5 passes made by Partizan's players. Worth to mention a great performance of Argentinian guard Nicolas Laprovittola (190-1990) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 7 assists. Nikola Mirotic (208-1991) contributed with 19 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four Barca players scored in double figures. Australian guard Dante Exum (198-1995) answered with 24 points and American-Serbian Kevin Punter (192-1993, college: Tennessee) added 16 points in the effort for Partizan. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Barca have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain third place with 21-10 record behind leader Olympiacos. Partizan at the other side keeps the seventh position with 14 games lost. Barca will play against ALBA Berlin (#17) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Partizan will play against the league's second-placed Real Madrid (#2) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
