Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fourth ranked ItalianSchio and 3rd placed Spanish Zaragoza had identical 8-4 record. This time Schio used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Zaragoza 73-59 on Wednesday night. It was a key game for the second position in the league. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Schio have a solid series of three victories in a row. Defending Italian champion (9-4) moved-up to second place, which they share with Miskolc and Mersin. Loser Zaragoza dropped to the fourth position with five games lost.
