Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Jonah Mathews (190-1998, college: USC) who helped to win the game recording 28 points and 5 assists. His fellow American import forward Matt Mitchell (198-1999, college: SDSU) contributed with 22 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American point guard Will Cummings (188-1992, college: Temple) answered with 28 points and 5 rebounds and French-American forward Jaylen Hoard (203-1999, college: Wake Forest) added 16 points and 9 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) in the effort for Hapoel Tel-Aviv. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
