American Forward Tre Williams (203-F-2000) had a great game in the last round for Enosis Neon Paralimni, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 9.
The 25-year old player had a double-double of 21 points and 16 rebounds, while his team beat Etha (#9, 3-6) 89-84. Paralimni maintains the 4th position in Cypriot ECOMMBX BL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Paralimni will need more victories to improve their 5-4 record. Williams turned to be Paralimni's top player in his first season with the team. Former University of Duquesne star has very solid stats this year. Williams is league's best scorer averaging so far 17.7ppg. Williams is in league's top in rebounds (6th best: 10.4rpg) and averages impressive 64.1% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was American Yazid Powell (193-G) of Etha Engomis Nicosia. Powell had a very good evening with a double-double of 30 points and 14 rebounds. Bad luck as Etha lost that game 84-89 to the higher-ranked Paralimni (#4, 5-4). This loss caused Etha to drop to 9th position in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 3-6 record. Powell is a newcomer at Etha, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 26.8ppg (#2). His other stats are also decent: 7.6rpg and 6.7apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Keith Williams (196-G-1998) of Digenis Morphou (#6). Williams got into 30-points club by scoring 32 points in the last round. He went also for five assists. Despite Williams' great performance the Digenis lost 82-99 to the higher-ranked Keravnos (#2, 7-1). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Williams has a great season in Cyprus. After only 9 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 28.0ppg (best scorer) and rebounds with 5.3rpg (6th best).
